Within Germany (excluding islands), the shipping fee is a flat rate of EUR 6.95. For deliveries to German islands, an additional surcharge of EUR 3.00 applies. Shipping is via DHL.

Shipping (within EU)
Due to the new, strict PPWR packaging regulations, shipping within the EU is unfortunately no longer possible for end consumers. As an alternative, we offer a self-pickup option (Click & Collect). To use this, you simply need to arrange for a parcel service yourself and send us the shipping label. We will then hand over your package to the service provider you have commissioned. We recommend DHL as the best parcel service, which offers EU-wide shipping starting at EUR 17.49.

Please wait to arrange a pickup until you have received notification from us that your order is ready for shipment. In this notification, we will also confirm the dimensions and weight if the shipment. Our standard package size are a maximum of 115 x 60 x 30 cm, with a maximum weight of 5 kg.
As an exception, we offer standard shipping only to business customers in Austria and the Netherlands. To take advantage of this, please register as a business customer using your VAT identification number. We will then verify your B2B account, after which you can place orders with shipping through our shop in the usual way. The current shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart.
